I am Kerry; lover of yoga, adventures, Sunday naps, a cup of tea & a hearty plate of food.

The story so far…  
Last year, I found myself venturing down a path I never thought I would take. I had always been one of those irritating people who could eat what they wanted and not do an inch of exercise but stayed slim.
Well, at twenty-three, I began to realise that being skinny does not mean you are healthy. 

Looking back, I realise I had terrible mood swings and bouts of depression, my skin started to break-out and I was constantly bloated.

So, I started listening to my body. It was almost subconscious; I let my body take over and guide me to what it desperately needed. I took up yoga, tried meditating and began feeding it the right things. 

Each new experience I have or new thing I learn, seems to lead me on to something else and it's all so exciting!
I am only a few paces into my journey but it already feels pretty amazing. I've got so much to learn and I cannot wait. Who knows where it will take me.
I'm really looking forward to sharing my thoughts and experiences with you (and, of course, I'd love to hear from you too!)
